Ben Gradus Ph.D.

Ben Gradus, PHD., MBA has over 20 years of work experience. Currently, they are working at NRGene Ltd. as the Director of Product, BSF since January 2023 and also as the Director of Genetic and Genomic Solutions since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Genomic Solutions Specialist at NRGene Ltd. from June 2020 to April 2022.

Before joining NRGene Ltd., Ben worked at Evogene. At Evogene, they were a Corporate Development Associate from January 2018 to April 2020, a Platform Development Leader from December 2012 to December 2017, and a Platform Development Researcher from December 2011 to December 2012.

Prior to Evogene, Ben worked at Mindspeed Technologies as an IT Manager from April 2001 to October 2002.

Ben Gradus earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2005. Ben then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Molecular Genetics at the Weizmann Institute of Science from 2005 to 2007. Following this, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Molecular Genetics at the Weizmann Institute of Science from 2007 to 2011. Later, in 2012 to 2014, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Bio-Medical Management from The College of Management Academic Studies.
