Diane Cordova is currently the Principal at NRI. Diane has previously worked as the Head of Compensation Planning and Administration Team at UNITED LABORATORIES, INC from March 2008 to January 2013. In this role, they were responsible for managing strategic HR programs, functioning as the internal consultant to start up businesses, and designing and implementing organisation-wide salary structures. Diane also pioneered the Career Track Review (CTR) program, role profiling and job review processes.
From January 2014 to December 2014, they worked as an IPP at Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) Australia. In this role, they were responsible for Facilitating the job analysis and evaluation process for highly-technical positions, which resulted in an updated salary structure/pay range for the unit. Diane also designed competency-based promotion guidelines, variable pay schemes and commission-based pay structures that drove higher levels of performance and employee engagement.
Diane Cordova has a Masters of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from University of Sydney. Diane also has an AB Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University. Diane also attended Assumption College, Antipolo.
