RISE National Program Coordinator at National Rugby League

Caitlin Knox is a skilled strength and conditioning coach and sport scientist with extensive experience in rugby and athlete development. Currently serving as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Jillaroos at the Australian Rugby League Commission since October 2023, Caitlin previously held the title of RISE National Program Coordinator with the National Rugby League, where responsibilities included administering national development programs. At the Gold Coast Titans, Caitlin leads strength power programming for the NRLW 2023 and 2024 seasons. Additional experience includes managing sports programs at the Western Region Academy of Sport, coaching for private clientele, and supporting elite teams such as the Newcastle Knights. Holding a Master’s degree in Exercise Science (Strength and Conditioning) from Edith Cowan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Newcastle, Caitlin's background is reinforced by internships and practical roles in various sports science capacities.
