Carl Marshall serves as the Coach Education Manager - Performance Lead at the National Rugby League, where responsibilities include leading the design and delivery of a sustainable Performance Coach Program in Rugby League. Concurrently, Carl holds the position of Attack Coach at Brothers Rugby Club and is a PhD student at Queensland University of Technology, focusing on creative decision-making in rugby union. With extensive teaching experience in physical education and science at Brisbane Grammar School since 2002, Carl has also held various roles, including Lead Learner, Assistant Head of Year 9, and Assistant Head of Boarding, showcasing expertise in curriculum development, mentoring, and student welfare.
