Quentin Pongia

Quentin Pongia serves as the Club Welfare and Education Manager for the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles since April 2017, focusing on player mental and emotional balance for optimal performance. In addition, Quentin has been an NRL Mental Health Ambassador since November 2013, implementing community programs to promote mental health and positive life skills. As the founder of Pongia Performance Coaching, Quentin has developed M.E.A.N Team Training programs for a diverse range of individuals. Previously, as Player Engagement Manager at the Rugby League Players Association and in various coaching roles, including at Canberra Raiders and Widnes Vikings, Quentin has demonstrated a commitment to player welfare and development. Educational qualifications include degrees in Sports Coaching, Strength & Conditioning, Mental Health First Aid, and holistic coaching methodologies.
