Scott McNaughton

Scott McNaughton is an experienced sports operations and development professional with significant expertise in rugby and cricket. Currently serving as the NRL Victoria Operations Manager since July 2019, Scott manages statewide operations, focusing on club, volunteer, and competition development, and has played a crucial role in initiatives like the "Storm Junior League." Scott is also the founder and Operations Manager for Tassie Devil Coaching and held various leadership roles in cricket, including Director of Cricket at Rowville Secondary College, where enrollment significantly increased under Scott's guidance. With a solid educational background that includes a Master's in Sports Management from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Educational Studies from the University of Tasmania, Scott combines practical experience with comprehensive academic credentials.
