Dr. Jürgen Schulte

JoNataye Prather, PhD, MSW, PSM-I, currently serves as a Project Manager and Business Consultant at Nationwide since September 2022. Prather has held various roles including Education Consultant at The Shaw Group, LLC since January 2013, Senior Project Manager at Union Institute & University from August 2018 to December 2022, and Contributing Professor at Walden University from March 2018 to July 2021. Additional experience includes positions as Project Manager and Assistant Professor at Tarleton State University and Ohio Dominican University, and a Graduate Research Assistant and MSW Social Work Field Liaison at The Ohio State University. Prather's early career involved roles as a School Social Worker for Columbus City Schools and Reynoldsburg City School District, as well as a Clinical Social Work Intern at the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction. Prather's academic qualifications include a PhD in Social Work, a Master's degree in Social Work, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and African & African-American Studies, all from The Ohio State University.
