Firsada Adhari

Firsada Adhari started their career at PT. Dharma Polimetal as a PPTE Section Head, where they supervised and coordinated daily activities and troubleshooting at the shop floor. They were responsible for summarizing various programs and achievements based on KPI and monthly activity plans. Later on, Firsada Adhari joined NS BlueScope as a Continuous Improvement Manager and eventually moved on to a position as a Senior Process Engineer. In these roles, they managed and facilitated CI activities to improve process capability, plant efficiency, and reduce waste using various lean manufacturing methodologies.
