Thanes Uasiriphan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. From 2020 onwards, Thanes has been working at NS BlueScope, first as the Digital Project Management Office Head for ASEAN, and later as the Business Solutions Manager for ASEAN. In these roles, their responsibilities included driving strategic initiatives and projects aligned with BlueScope's digital transformation strategy, ensuring project success and delivery, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.

Prior to joining NS BlueScope, Thanes worked at Oracle as a Principal Solutions Consultant for Oracle CX Cloud. In this role, they acted as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between business and technology to drive transformation initiatives for customers.

Before that, Thanes held positions at SAI-Digital, where they served as the Client Engagement Head, overseeing all client-related activities, and as the Client Engagement Manager. At SAI-Digital, they provided consultancy on strategic business development and implementation for customer experience, e-commerce, digital marketing, and UI/UX.

Thanes also gained experience in the banking sector, having worked at Krungsri as the FAVP for Customer Centric Strategy and as the AVP for Business Transformation. In these roles, they played a key role in projects such as the Branch Improvement Project aimed at enhancing customer experience and supporting customer centricity strategy.

Prior to Krungsri, Thanes worked at Country Group Securities PCL (CGS) as the Deputy Vice President and Head of Business Support Service, where they provided consultancy and solutions to back-office departments.

Thanes began their career at Avaya as a Senior Application Engineer, managing project timelines, implementing solutions, and providing post-implementation services for Avaya software products.
