Chris Tanis

Chris Tanis is a Business Consultant for Sustainability at NS Stations, having transitioned to this role in September 2024. Previously, Chris served as the Corporate Sustainability Manager at TOPdesk, where responsibilities included implementing CSR strategy across all branches, standardizing CSR practices and reporting, enhancing sustainability in shared services and events, and raising awareness about CSR initiatives. Chris is also the co-founder of the CSR guild at TOPdesk and has held various roles within the company, such as Project Manager and IT Consultant, focusing on service management improvements and process optimization. Prior to TOPdesk, Chris founded and owned TOB-Group, specializing in electric massage products for the B2B market, and held multiple service and sales roles at Coolblue and Great Hotels of the World. Chris holds multiple degrees from Erasmus University Rotterdam and Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, with a focused education in Corporate Social Responsibility and Business Administration.
