Romina Salerno has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Romina is currently working as a Senior IT Project Manager for NSA Computer Exchange Corp, where they are responsible for transitioning new projects from sales to project administration. Their role involves reviewing the statement of work (SOW) and materials produced during the sales process, as well as identifying project stakeholders and confirming sponsors.

Prior to this, Romina worked at American Family Insurance as a Product Owner, focusing on claims data, analytics, and reporting design. Romina started in August 2021 and will continue until March 2023.

Before joining American Family Insurance, Romina served as a Product Owner II for Liberty Mutual Surety, where they articulated and translated the product vision into features and tactics for a portion of the company's Global Risk Distribution portfolio.
