Brittany Buswell is a seasoned professional in the field of Cyber Security, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Talenza since December 2022, where the focus is on delivering tailored talent solutions for technology and business transformation. Additionally, Brittany leads the Sydney Chapter of the Australian Women in Security Network, an initiative aimed at supporting women in Cyber Security, and holds a Senior Consultant position at The Transformation Group. Previous experience includes various roles at Randstad Technologies Australia, progressing from IT Recruitment Resourcer to Delivery Manager, and a secondment as a COVID-19 Sourcing Specialist at Randstad Sourceright. Earlier career roles involved positions in visual merchandising and sales with AQUILA, alongside an internship in internal recruitment at Allianz Worldwide Partners.
