Amy Smith

Amy Smith is currently the Director of Payroll & Benefits at NSC, having begun this role in 2025. Previously, from 2019 to 2021, Amy held various positions at Johnson & Johnson, including Payroll Processing and Time Coordinator and Senior Analyst in SAP Payroll Integrations. Prior to that, Amy served as Payroll and Benefits Manager at Quala from 2009 to 2019, where they implemented significant payroll systems and processes. Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and earned a Master's degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University in 2012.
