Prior to this, Shelby was involved in early childhood education, serving in roles such as Assistant Director and Enrollment and Curriculum Coordinator. Shelby's educational background includes Bachelor's degrees in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from both Ashland University and The Ohio State University.
