Ingrid Legemaat

Ingrid Legemaat currently serves as HR Director for the Benelux and Nordics regions at NSC Global, while also leading global HR projects since July 2017. Ingrid has held various roles within the company, including HR Project Lead and HR Business Partner across multiple regions. Prior to NSC Global, Ingrid worked as an Interim HR Consultant at Heliomare and took a career break from 2013 to 2016 to focus on family. Ingrid's earlier experience includes strategic HR roles at Hogeschool Inholland and KPNQwest, as well as a managerial position at Appoint. Ingrid began a career in hospitality as a front office hostess at Thai Airways International. Educational credentials include a Bachelor and Master in Law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and additional qualifications in Personnel and Organisation from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
