J. Todd Oken

Todd Oken is the Chief Financial Officer for NSC, working in collaboration with the leadership team, board members, and other stakeholders to strengthen the position within the staffing industry. He plays an integral role in driving the company’s success by enhancing performance, developing a profitable financial plan, and ensuring alignment across the operations of the organization.

Todd is a proven leader with the ability to manage large-scale projects and oversee the organization’s long-term goals with a customer focus and business partner mindset. Before joining NSC in 2021, he served as the CFO of Chartwell Staffing Solutions, a light industrial and professional staffing company, for five years. Prior to that, Todd was the CFO of the Global Staffing Services division of CDI Corporation, a senior manager at Deloitte Consulting’s strategy and operations practice, and began his career in the IT industry as a project manager.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
