Tom Gizzi

Tom Gizzi is the current Vice President of Human Resources at NSC Technologies. Tom has been with the company since January 2019 and in their current role, they are responsible for leading the HR function for NSC as a strategic business partner of the C-Suite Leadership team.

Prior to joining NSC, Tom was with a previous company for over 20 years where they gained extensive experience in staffing, human resources, and strategic client solutions. In their previous role as Vice President of Human Resources and CPO, they were responsible for directing all people functions of the organization in accordance with the policies, practices, and values of the company. Tom was also responsible for strategic human resource planning to ensure the company had the best talent available and to position the company as the employer of choice.

Tom is an active SHRP Leader of SHRM, HROA, ATAP, and HCI and has significant SHRP executive leadership experience driving large scale global and national HR solutions, managed services partnerships, and strategic HR business partnerships.

Tom Gizzi holds a BS from the University of Pennsylvania in Neuroscience, an MBA from Loyola University Maryland in Professional MBA Management & Marketing, and an MS from Saint Joseph's University in Educational Leadership & Secondary Science Education. Tom also attended LaSalle College High School in Philadelphia, PA, where they completed a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program.

Their manager is Paul Rodriguez, CEO. Tom Gizzi works with Lucinda Comer - VP, Light Industrial Division, Darvin Boothe - VP, Professional and Technical Division, and Chris Gremelspacher - SVP, Managed Services.
