William Davey

Senior Manager National Accounts at NSD

William Davey started their work experience at UPS in 2015 as an Industrial Engineer, where they were responsible for developing and communicating service metrics, conducting audits, and analyzing data for optimization. In 2018, they joined NSD as an Account Manager, and later became the Manager of Operations Excellence, where they led the Performance Management team in driving changes and improvements to internal processes. In 2019, they were promoted to Senior Manager of National Accounts, where they served as the primary relationship owner for top tier client accounts and managed client on-boarding, content strategy, and annual plans.

William Davey attended George Mason University from 2013 to 2017, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
