Cepha Nixon is an experienced leader in data strategy and IT project management, currently serving as the Head of Data Strategy at NSF International since March 2007. With a proven track record of developing and implementing data strategies, Cepha has successfully fostered a data-first culture within the organization while managing diverse teams of data consultants and developers globally. Previous roles include IT Project Manager and Senior Java Developer, where Cepha managed customer-facing applications and contributed to significant cost savings through innovative software solutions. Cepha's career began at Infosys Technologies Ltd as a software developer trainee, advancing to Project Manager overseeing a team of 20 developers.
