Cynthia Kadela

Cynthia Kadela has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Cynthia currently holds the position of VP & Chief People Officer at NSF, starting in 2024. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President Human Resources at Regal Rexnord from 2023 to 2024, and as the Senior Director Human Resources from 2023 to 2023. Cynthia also has a strong background in Human Resources at Ecolab, where they served as the HR Director, Global Industrial Talent Leader from 2022 to 2022, and as the Director, Human Resources from 2001 to 2022. Before that, they worked as the Manager - Process Redesign at Nalco Company from 2006 to 2008, and as a Financial Valuation Analyst / Consultant at Valuation Counselors from 1998 to 2001.

Cynthia Kadela earned their BA degree with a double major in Finance and Business Administration from Lewis University between 1994 and 1998.
