Mel Roberts

Mel Roberts is a Senior Laboratory Technician at NSF, where responsibilities include exposure testing of water system components, sample distribution and tracking, FTIR analysis of food-grade lubricants, and organizing taste and odor panel evaluations. Previously, Mel served as a Laboratory Technologist at Saint Joseph Mercy Health System, processing high-risk specimens and managing specimen transportation. Additional experience includes roles in quality control and research at The Brinery, academic research at Eastern Michigan University, and customer service positions at various organizations. Mel holds a Bachelor of Science in Fermentation Science from Eastern Michigan University.
