Nigel Burrows

Nigel Burrows is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in food safety and environmental health. Currently serving as a Senior Food Safety Consultant and Trainer at NSF International since December 2022, Nigel focuses on providing hands-on advice and training. As a Partner/Director at Projected Images Ltd since 1988, Nigel has produced numerous corporate training and educational programs while managing business operations. Previously, Nigel held roles such as Regional Director for New Zealand and Australia at NSF International and Director of Food Safety at Burwater Pacific Group, managing the largest food safety consultancy in New Zealand. Early career positions include Hygiene Manager at Progressive Enterprises Limited, Public Health Officer at the NZ Ministry of Health, and Environmental Health Officer at Hutt County Council. Nigel's education includes a Diploma in Environmental Health from MBTC-UK and specialized training in Food Safety Programme Auditing from QF Consultants.
