Raul Bolledo

Raul Bolledo brings extensive experience in the culinary and procurement fields, currently serving as the Director of Procurement with The Bistro Group since October 2007. Additional roles at The Bistro Group include Corporate Head Chef, Certified ServSafe Instructor and Examination Proctor, and Research and Development Chef, as well as Quality Assurance Manager. In addition to these responsibilities, Raul Bolledo works as an Independent Contractor for NSF International since February 2021 and has been a Certified ServSafe Instructor and Registered Examination Proctor for ServSafe since June 2018. Raul Bolledo holds a degree from Bulacan State University.
