Robert Victoria has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Robert started their career as a Software Engineer Intern at General Dynamics Land Systems in 2008 and then worked as a Computer Science Tutor at Michigan State University in 2008-2009. In 2009, they returned to General Dynamics Land Systems for another Software Engineer Internship.
In 2010, Robert Victoria joined IBM as an Application Developer, and in 2011, they moved to Urban Science as an Associate Consultant. At Urban Science, they progressed to the role of Senior Consultant in 2014 and then became a Manager in 2016. As a Manager, they led various projects and teams, including serving as a business manager and team lead for General Motors' web-based CRM leads analytics reporting application.
In 2019, Robert Victoria joined NSF International as a Business Analyst and later became a Senior Business Analyst. In 2022, they transitioned into the role of Senior Analyst App Support Lead.

Robert Victoria received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Michigan State University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Robert also has obtained additional certifications including the Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) from IIBA and the TS: SQL Server 2008, Database Development (MCTS) from Microsoft in 2021 and 2011 respectively.
