Sean Etheridge

As NSF's Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, Sean Etheridge advises and counsels the NSF leadership team and Board of Directors on the legal, risk, and compliance aspects of business and policies. He oversees NSF’s quality and compliance programs, negotiates complex strategic transactions, and recommends strategies and solutions to assist global business units and functional departments, ensuring the company’s ability to operate globally to advance NSF's reputation and mission.

Etheridge has nearly two decades of experience in the legal field. He joined NSF from Stryker Corporation, where he served as Vice President and Corporate Secretary since 2020. He held multiple leadership roles overseeing global legal and compliance operations after joining the Fortune 250 company in 2014, including public company reporting, securities offerings, board of directors and shareholder practices, business development, and global subsidiary management.
