Tom Blaser

Tom Blaser is an experienced professional in the fields of engineering, technology, and policy. Currently serving as Lead Consultant at NSG Environmental Ltd since July 2022, Tom previously held positions as Policy Advisor for Digital & Technology Policy at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport from June 2021 to July 2022, and as Process Engineer at Cavendish Nuclear from August 2019 to June 2021, where innovative waste management solutions were developed. Additional experience includes a role as Business Technology Analyst at Babcock International Group, focusing on the implementation of innovative technologies, and participation in the Huawei Seeds for the Future program. Tom began a career in the nuclear sector as a Placement Student at Cavendish Nuclear, working on projects and pilot tests. Tom holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bath, where studies were completed between 2014 and 2019, following A Levels at Wymondham College from 2008 to 2014.
