Holly Clontz, SCRP, GMS-T, currently serves as the Director of the HR Service Center at NSI Industries, a position held since September 2024. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Albemarle Corporation as the Leader of HR Shared Services for the Americas and as Vice President of Business Operations at ARC Relocation. Holly has also contributed to Trane Technologies in various HR capacities, focusing on global talent mobility and corporate programs, as well as serving on the committee for Worldwide ERC® to provide strategic industry insights. Holly's tenure at Ingersoll Rand included significant oversight of global talent mobility solutions and expatriate program management.
