Joe Kampschroer

Joe Kampschroer has over 30 years of work experience in the electrical industry. Joe started their career at Actuant Corporation- Gardner Bender, where they eventually became the Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing / President. During their tenure, they oversaw a business unit with sales of $150 million.

Joe then joined Reliance Controls Corporation as the Vice President of Marketing and Sales, leading the startup and development of the company's North American retail business.

Next, Joe Kampschroer joined Northshore Power Systems as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where they spearheaded the startup and development of retail sales, marketing, and global sourcing for Honeywell licensed power generation products.

Currently, they serve as the Vice President and General Manager of the Retail Business at NSi Industries LLC, where they lead the startup and development of a new retail domestic- and Asian-sourced electrical program for distribution to North American retail homecenter, hardware, and other retail markets.

Joe Kampschroer completed their Master's degree in Planning/Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1980.
