Fred Sousa

Fred Sousa serves as the Vice President of Retail Sales and Emerging Business at Denali since September 2023, bringing extensive experience in sales and marketing from previous roles. Prior to Denali, Sousa held the position of Vice President of Sales at Do Good Foods from July 2022 to October 2023 and served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Plainville Brands, LLC from April 2019 to July 2022. Sousa's career at Cargill spanned nearly a decade, with roles including AVP Business Management Lead and AVP Ground Beef and Trim Pricing Manager, as well as Assistant Vice President of Beef Marketing and AVP Senior Business Manager for Whole Turkeys at Cargill Meat Solutions. Sousa holds an MBA in Business from Baker University (2006-2008) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wagner College (1991-1995).
