Joe Saganowich

Joe Saganowich has over 35 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Joe is currently serving as the President - Electrical Division at NSI Industries since August 2022.

Previously, Joe worked at IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC for six years, starting in December 2016 as the Vice President of Sales and concluding in December 2022.

Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President / General Manager at SK Hand Tool, LLC, a subsidiary of IDEAL Industries, Inc, from December 2013 to August 2016. During this time, they successfully turned around the 90-year-old acquisition company.

Joe's extensive tenure at IDEAL Industries, Inc began in 1999, where they held various roles. From June 2008 to November 2013, they served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing - North America for the IDEAL Electrical Sales Group. In this position, they oversaw sales, marketing, and related P&L for the North American market. Joe also led cross functional teams to drive new product development and operational efficiency.

Before that, Joe worked as the Regional Sales Manager at Shell from June 1992 to August 1999. Joe also gained experience as an Area Sales Manager at Sun Oil Company from January 1989 to October 1991, and as a District Sales Manager at Subaru of America from March 1988 to April 1989.

Joe's career began at Black & Decker as an Account Executive from June 1986 to March 1989.
