Tammy Kochmanski

Tammy Kochmanski currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Nsight Health, a remote patient monitoring startup, overseeing the entire HR department and collaborating with executives across multiple functions. Prior experience includes various roles at Elderwood from 2013 to 2022, culminating in the position of Regional HR Director, where responsibilities included managing a staff of 42, orchestrating payroll, and conducting educational and training programs. Tammy completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services at the University at Buffalo and also holds a degree in Sociology from the same institution, along with an Associate's degree in General Studies from Genesee Community College.
