Lee Slaney

Lee Slaney is an accomplished Engineering Manager specializing in Materials at NSK Europe since June 2022, following a career progression from Principal Materials Engineer and Senior Materials Engineer at NSK. With a robust background in materials engineering, Slaney provides support at the NSK European Technology Centre while also assisting NSK operations globally. Prior military experience includes significant roles as a Maritime Security Consultant and Deputy Team Leader at Port2Port Maritime Security Ltd, and as a Boarding Team Commander within the 43 Commando Fleet Protection Group Royal Marines, where Slaney led counter-piracy operations. Slaney's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Materials Chemistry from the University of Nottingham and advanced military training through the Commando Training Centre Royal Marines.
