Koushik Ghosh

Koushik Ghosh has significant work experience in various roles within the Agro industry. Koushik started their career at Harrisons Malayalam Limited as an Assistant Manager from 1998 to 2002. Koushik then worked at The Agri Horticultural Society of India as an Assistant Secretary from 2002 to 2004. Following that, they joined Nagarjuna Agrichem Ltd as a Brand Promotion Manager from 2004 to 2006. Koushik then spent a considerable period of time at PepsiCo, starting as an Assistant Manager in Agro from 2006 to 2008, and progressively taking on roles including Manager of Agro Research & Development from 2008 to 2016, Manager of Agro Procurement from 2016 to 2019, and Senior Manager of Supply Chain (Agro) from 2019 to 2021. Koushik'smost recent role was as the Agro Seed Supply Chain Lead for India & Bangladesh at PepsiCo from 2021 to 2023. Koushik is currently working as the General Manager & Head of CCF at NSL Group since 2023.

Koushik Ghosh has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a field of study in PGDEnM from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management. Additionally, they hold a Master's degree in Agriculture, Agriculture Operations, and Related Sciences from the University of Calcutta. Ghosh also obtained a certification in Agri-Business Supply Chain Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in October 2007. Koushik also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application from CMC LTD, although the specific month and year of obtaining this diploma are unknown.
