Carl Anderson

Carl Anderson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition, human resources, and funeral services. Currently serving as the National Talent Acquisition Coordinator at NorthStar Memorial Group since January 2021, Carl has previously held roles as a Funeral Director and a Human Resources Professional at Shell from June 2014 to December 2019. Additional experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant at Sodexo and a Specialty Buyer at Whole Foods Market. Carl holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sociology and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Louisiana State University, along with an Associate of Science in Funeral Service and Mortuary Science from the Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service.
