Gavin McGinn began their work experience in 2011 as a Special Education Paraprofessional in Lincolnwood School District 74. From 2014 to 2015, they assumed the role of Payroll/Benefits Administrator and Transportation Coordinator in the same district. In 2015, they joined Mt. Prospect School District 57 as an Accounting Coordinator, a position they held until 2018. Since 2018, they have been working as the Director of Business Services at NSSEO.
Gavin McGinn holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in School Business Management, which they obtained from Northern Illinois University from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Advertising with a Business Minor from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
