Claire Ride

Claire Ride has a diverse work experience, starting from their role as a Special Telecommunications Operator in the Royal Corps of Signals, where they served in various positions and advanced to supervisory roles. Claire then worked as a Software Engineer at Lincolnshire Health Authority, providing 1st and 2nd line support and configuring PC's and printers. Following that, they worked as a Helpdesk/1st Line Support at Watson Wyatt Limited, providing support for various Microsoft Office applications and other software. Claire also worked as a Receptionist and Vet Nurse at Bourne Veterinary Centre.

Claire then transitioned to the technology industry and joined CEB as a Customer Technical Support Specialist and later became a Customer Technical Support Team Leader. Claire provided technical support to SHL customers and candidates and ensured that SLAs and quality standards were met. Claire also identified skills gaps and provided ongoing training and development for the Helpdesk team.

Claire then became the Operations Manager - Managed Services at SHL, where they managed a specialist team globally to provide outsourced services and achieve a high level of customer service. Claire joined NSSLGlobal as the Head Of Operations, where they currently hold the position. Additionally, they were the owner of UKGundogs, an online directory for breeders and trainers nationwide.
