Julian Garcia Mohana

Julian Garcia Mohana has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Julian started their career as an intern at ExxonMobil in 2015, where they worked in the Upstream Gas and Power Marketing sector, primarily handling tasks such as system entries in SAP and preparing payment vouchers.

In 2017, Julian interned at The Dow Chemical Company within the Finance department, specifically in Credit and Finance. During this six-month internship, they provided support to financial operations analysts, assisting them with document preparation and daily cash position management. Julian also utilized Excel macros and pivot tables to improve process efficiency.

Moving on, Julian joined Danone in 2019 as a Junior Financial Projects Analyst. In this role, they undertook a project aimed at replicating cost-reduction processes utilized in overseas business units in Argentina. Julian acted as a liaison between the finance and production teams, facilitating communication and collaboration.

In 2020, Julian began working at Workana, a company where they held multiple roles. Initially, they served as a Senior Financial Analyst, responsible for planning and performance control. Julian prepared reports for various sectors of the company, as well as the board and investors. Additionally, they developed key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the performance of each business unit.

Later at Workana, Julian transitioned to the role of Accounting Financial Analyst. Here, they managed the invoicing and collections processes, monitoring various payment processors used to pay freelancers. Julian also handled general accounting tasks and assisted in financial closing.

Most recently, Julian joined Northstar Financial Consulting Group in 2023 as an Accountant, marking a new chapter in their professional journey.
