Arthur Noordhoek

Arthur Noordhoek has extensive experience in public lighting and civil engineering, serving at Gemeente Eindhoven since January 1996 in various roles including Adviseur/Projectleider Openbare Verlichting, Coordinator Public Lighting, Beheermedewerker, and 1e Civieltechnisch Ontwerper. Additionally, Arthur Noordhoek has been involved with NSVV since August 2010, currently holding the position of Voorzitter Kernteam Outdoor, as well as participating as a member of both the Kerngroep Outdoor and the Commissie Openbare Verlichting.
