Beth Wilson

Beth Wilson is an experienced policy and project officer currently working at the NSW Department of Communities and Justice, focusing on housing recommendations stemming from the Disability Royal Commission. Wilson played a key role in developing the NSW Government's response to the Royal Commission into violence, abuse, neglect, and exploitation of People with Disability, collaborating across agencies to address all 222 recommendations. Previous positions include policy and project roles at NSW Trustee and Guardian, a senior policy and advocacy officer at The Royal Australasian College of Physicians, and project officer roles at the Australasian Society for HIV, Viral Hepatitis and Sexual Health Medicine, among others. Wilson holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of International Studies from UNSW, complemented by an exchange year in International Law and Political Philosophy at Université Jean Moulin 3.
