Kelly McFadyen

Kelly McFadyen currently serves as the Executive Director of BCCR at Fire and Rescue NSW since August 2024. McFadyen has an extensive background in leadership roles, including serving as the Executive Director of Corporate Services at the Parliament of NSW from April 2021 to August 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing a comprehensive range of corporate services. Previous positions include Director of Strategy and Innovation at the NSW Police Force, Chair of the Audit Risk and Improvement Committee at Norfolk Island Regional Council, and Director of Governance and Legal at Fire & Rescue New South Wales. McFadyen's academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of New England, an Executive Fellows Program from ANZSOG, and multiple degrees in risk management and corporate governance.
