Lina Salerno

Lina Salerno has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager - Business Partnering at the NSW Department of Communities and Justice since February 2018, following roles as Senior HR Advisor and HR Advisor within the same department. Additionally, Lina has worked at Service NSW as a Digital Service Representative since February 2017 and has been an HR Business Consultant at LIONS & LEMONADE since January 2015. Previous positions include various HR roles at Coca-Cola Amatil from 2011 to January 2015, including Talent Management Coordinator and Recruitment Resourcer, as well as HR Assistant at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London in 2010 and Sales Assistant at Carhartt - Work In Progress from 2008 to 2010. Lina holds a Master of HRM & IR from the University of Sydney, a Diploma of Graphic Design from CATC Design School, and a recent degree in Public Sector Management from QUT.
