Ailen Lucila Provenza

Ailen Lucila Provenza is an experienced professional in program management and project coordination, currently serving as Manager Sector Growth and previously as Senior Project Officer at the NSW Department of Education. Provenza has successfully led the strategic redesign of the Start Strong Capital Works Grants Program to adapt to changing circumstances and deliver vital preschool places. Prior experience includes roles such as COVID-19 Project Coordinator at the NSW Department of Communities and Justice, where responsibilities included project design and stakeholder engagement, as well as international project management at the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade during G20 meetings. Ailen has a solid educational background with a Licence in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires and additional training in UX Research and Strategy.
