Sarah Joseph

Sarah Joseph currently serves as a Senior People & Culture Business Partner at the NSW Department of Education, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, extensive experience was gained at TAFE NSW over a span of nearly 23 years, where various positions such as People & Culture Business Partner, Performance Development Specialist, and Payroll Officer were undertaken. Sarah's project work included the implementation of SAP payroll systems and training staff in new operational protocols. Educational achievements include a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, a Diploma in Human Resources Management, and a Diploma in Business Administration, all completed at TAFE NSW.
