David Mulligan

David Mulligan has extensive experience in business systems, reporting, and management within various sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Business Systems and Reporting at the NSW Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development since October 2023. Previously, David held roles such as Research Excellence Business Partner for Agriculture at the NSW Department of Primary Industries and Team Leader for Programs & Investments at the NSW Department of Industry. David also brings significant experience from NTB Capital Limited as General Manager and Director, overseeing company operations and employee productivity. Past positions include Customer Service and Sales Manager at Haydenshapes Surfboards and various sales and leasing roles within the real estate sector, including at Raine & Horne Commercial Northern Beaches and CBRE. David holds a Diploma in Business and a Certificate IV in Property Services from TAFE NSW.
