Nicole Mullett

Nicole Mullett is a seasoned professional in Human Resources, currently serving as Director of People and Culture Operations at the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure since January 2022. Nicole leads the P&C Operations function, focusing on high-quality service delivery and customer experience. Previous roles include Business Manager in People and Culture and Manager of People Systems, showcasing expertise in HR technology strategy and system governance. Nicole has extensive experience at the NSW Department of Education, including roles such as Manager of Human Capital Management and Acting Director of HR Human Capital Management.
