Irina Mihaila

Irina Mihaila serves as the P&C Operations Director at Thinkproject since February 2025, following a role as General Manager for Romania at Platform24 from October 2023 to February 2025. Previously, Irina held several HR management positions, including HR Manager at Afiniti, where responsibilities included establishing HR processes for a new legal entity in Romania, and HR Operations Manager at Oracle, coordinating HR operations for the UK and Ireland. Earlier experience includes roles at Microsoft, STREAMWIDE Romania, and Skanska, where Irina focused on HR processes, business development, and office administration. Irina began the professional journey as a Research Assistant and progressed through various roles, showcasing a strong background in HR management, project management, and administrative coordination. Irina holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Bucharest, earned between 2006 and 2009.
