Tegan Cole

Tegan Cole is an experienced environmental professional with a diverse background in environmental assessment and planning. Currently serving as a Senior Environmental Assessment Officer at the NSW Department of Planning and Environment since April 2020, Tegan has previously held roles including Environmental Scientist at Emergent Group and Environmental Planner at the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment. Tegan's career also includes significant positions at Glencore Coal, where Tegan worked in various capacities from Environmental Officer to Senior Environment & Community Coordinator. Additional experience includes HSEC Operations at Downer Contracting and an Environmental Scientist role at Centennial Coal. Tegan holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and Management from the University of Newcastle and completed Year 12 HSC at Callaghan College Jesmond Campus.
