Conor Cullen

Conor Cullen is an accomplished communications professional currently serving as Executive Director of Strategic Communications and Engagement at NSW Health since October 2020. Prior to this role, Conor held the position of Director of Media at the Bureau of Health Information from July 2017 to October 2020, where the focus was on publishing independent reports regarding the performance of the NSW public healthcare system. Conor's experience includes serving as Head of Communications and Advocacy at Alcohol Action Ireland, managing communications related to alcohol-related issues in Ireland from March 2012 to May 2017, and working as a Communications Officer at the No Name Club. Additionally, Conor contributed to various national media organizations as a journalist from January 2006 to March 2012 and served as a Senior Journalist at People Newspapers from September 2004 to March 2012. Conor holds a Masters of Public Health from University College Dublin, a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute, and a BA in Journalism and Media Communications from Griffith College Dublin.
