John Higgins

John Higgins is a Psychiatry Registrar at NSW Health since March 2021, with extensive experience in various medical roles, including positions as a Locum Medical Officer in several hospitals across New South Wales. Prior to this, John worked with NHS as a Medical Doctor from July 2018 to January 2021. Additional experience includes a medical role at the Northern Health and Social Care Trust and a research technician position at The University of Nottingham, where John contributed to significant publications on immune response and cytokine receptors. John holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Nottingham, along with a Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Strathclyde.
