Kerry Metcalfe-Smith

Kerry Metcalfe-Smith is an experienced professional in organizational development and workplace culture, currently serving as Associate Director of Organisational Development at NSW Health since October 2022. Prior roles include Manager of Corporate Talent and Leadership Development at the NSW Department of Education, where the focus was on organizational culture and capability. Kerry has also held positions such as Leadership Program Manager and Head of Learning and Organisational Development at InvoCare, and Group Organisation Development Senior Consultant and Learning and Development Manager at Qantas. Earlier experience includes a contract role as Learning and Development Manager at Lend Lease, managing a global project to enhance capability frameworks.
